What we actually do
We build small-to-medium tools for people and businesses that need to handle tasks their existing software simply can't — or where the commercial options are either non-existent or too expensive to justify. Every application is custom-coded for the specific client, around their specific workflow and requirements.
We also take on larger projects. If a client needs a bespoke application for their business and it's viable to build, we'll scope it properly and get on with it. No shrink-wrapped licences. No trying to bend your process to fit a tool that was built for someone else.

Where it genuinely makes sense, we use AI as a tool inside a workflow — classification, extraction, summarisation, drafting. AI is a component, not the product.

AI is a tool in our kit — not the thing we're selling. We build using modern AI-assisted tooling and leverage AI capabilities inside workflows where they're genuinely useful.
AI is our tool, not our architect. Every project starts with the business problem, not the buzzword.

Build, test, hand over
We build in stages, show progress as we go, and hand over a working tool with documentation. Support and changes are available afterwards.
